Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the right to request information regarding their personal data from the Fortis Química website at any time, upon a formal request.

The Fortis Química website will have 14 business days to respond to requests from data subjects. Requests will be analyzed in accordance with applicable legislation, and some requests may not be fulfilled for legal reasons.

According to the LGPD, data subjects can exercise their rights through:

• Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
• Access to their personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or data processed in violation of the provisions of this Law;
• Portability of data to another service or product provider, upon specific request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, subject to commercial and industrial secrets;
• Deletion of personal data processed with the data subject’s consent;
• Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;
• Information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of such refusal;
• Revocation of consent.
